Yes. When a student registers at IIHE, he is given a password where he can use the University of Wales online library.
The online library was launched in 2004, provides a dedicated virtual library service for students and staff at collaborative centers. The online library service is available for 24 hours a day and provides access regardless of where you are based.

- What documents do I need to submit with the application to register at IIHE?
A student should submit photocopies of relevant Education Certificates; originals should be presented for verification, Letter of Reference from your College or Employer and Two Stamp Size Photographs together with the application processing fee of Rs.5000.00.
